East Rochester Auto Repair

Back in 1991 I made a decision that would change my life, and the lives of all the people who have since become my customers. I decided to open an auto repair shop. Not just any auto repair shop, but one that would provide the best service available for a reasonable price. Now, I was excited about the prospect of having my own business, but I must admit I was a little uncertain of myself in the beginning. After all, it’s one thing to work for someone else. It’s entirely another when you are the one in charge; when anything that goes on, it’s your concern.

I knew that by going into business for myself I was going to have to learn a number of things. While I had no doubts about my skill as a mechanic, I knew that I had some things to learn about running a business and managing people. I also knew that I wanted to run a business that treated people the way I wanted to be treated. With that goal in mind, I set out to create an entirely new type of auto repair shop.

When I think about how far I have come, I am totally overcome in gratitude. My customers have voted overwhelmingly in my favor by continuing to bring their vehicles to me to repair and service. In return, I fulfill my promise to them to fix their car the right way, the first time, both to save them money and to keep them safe. Nothing is more important to me than vehicle safety, and a car that is in poor repair is dangerous.

Because of these beliefs and your confidence, Professional Auto Care, Inc. has developed into a really great company. Our clients are the absolute best, and I consider each one of them to be a great friend as well as a special client. Never hesitate to ask me anything. If it can be done, I’ll see to it personally.
